Harvested in the high-altitude Occitan Valleys of the Italian Alps, our Forest Honey belongs to a very different family of honey.

Instead of being produced mainly from flower nectar, it is made from honeydew found on forest vegetation. This gives it its deep colour, restrained sweetness and distinctive forest character.

Less floral and more robust than traditional blossom honey, it is a beautiful choice if you enjoy darker, richer flavours.

How should I store it?
Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed.
